PORRIDGE!!ourporridge

Porridge
Oat/rice/nut milk
1tsp Manuka honey
1 measure Flaxseed powder
30g Goji berries
Fresh fruit/berries
 

Should be made hot in saucepan (NOT microwaved) with oat,rice or nut milks.
Heat gently until it reaches the desired thickness.

add in 3/4 spoonful of Manuka honey for its anti-bacterial properties, 1 measure of linusprout flaxseed powder for your daily dose of Omegas, 20-30g of Goji berries for their superb anti-oxidant qualities.

Last but by no means least, add a generous handful of chopped fresh organic fruit (Raspberries, strawberries, grapes, etc for taste, vitamins and anti-oxidants.
